The builder has selected high-quality, durable construction materials to reduce maintenance expenditures for future flat owners. To date, CEMEX has delivered about 10,000 cubic meters of ready-mix concrete—of which approximately 40 percent is waterproof—for underground car parks, as well as superstructure and external work.

CEMEX is using five different types of cement, mixed with Danube gravel aggregates and special concrete additives, to create the ready-mix concrete for the project. To convey the material swiftly to the desired place of installation, CEMEX is using truck-mounted pumps with booms from 24 to 42 meters in length. CEMEX concrete technologists further monitor the supply to ensure the tightness of the waterproof concrete.

CEMEX develops innovative building solutions that keep the company and its customers at the forefront of the industry. The company tailors its products and services to suit its customers’ specific requirements.
